Over the Edge..

Bruce Lee: The Dragon

In 1959 a short, skinny, bespectacled 18-year-old kid from Hong Kong traveled to America and declared himself to be John Wayne, James Dean, Charles Atlas and the guy who kicked your butt in junior high.
In an America where the Chinese were still stereotyped as meek house servants and railroad workers, Bruce Lee was all steely sinew, threatening stare and cocky, pointed finger — a Clark Kent who didn't need to change outfits. He was the redeemer, not only for the Chinese but for all the geeks and dorks and pimpled teenage masses that washed up at the theaters to see his action movies. He was David, with spin-kicks and flying leaps more captivating than any slingshot.

Ashton Kutcher : Biography

Christopher Ashton Kutcher was born on February 7, 1978, and his fraternal twin (Yeah ladies, that would be fraternal) brother was born five minutes later. He was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and raised in Homestead, Iowa. When Ashton was 13, his parents got divorced & have since remarried giving him step-siblings. That move changed his high school from Cedar Rapids Washington to Clear Creek Amana. In High School Ashton excelled in sports including football & wrestling. But being athletic paid it's toll both socially (he was teased for also being in drama) & physically (he had many injuries). Although appearing in plays & musicals since his debut as a theif in The Crying Princess and the Golden Goose in 7th grade, it wasn't until senior year that he got his biggest role to date; Daddy Warbucks in Annie.

Eric Bana: Biography

Eric Banadinovich was introduced into the world on August 9, 1968 in Melbourne (say Mel-ben), Australia. Eric's brother, Anthony, is three years older. Anthony was was an 'A' student, and an athlete who went to the United States to play basketball. Eric, on the other hand, was the popular class clown and won school talent contests. His German mother (Eleanor) was a hairdresser, and his Croation father (Ivan) was involved in logistics while working at Caterpillar, an American tractor company. As a child, Eric grew up in Melbourne's Tullamarine: "I grew up in Tullamarine and was just an infatuated revhead, and so were all my friends, and that was my upbringing, just very suburban." After leaving school, Eric traveled and had odd jobs including working for a transport company down on the wharf in Melbourne. At this time in his early twenties, he was "really professionally at a loose end." He wanted to act, but he had no idea on how to pursue it. "I had absolutely no idea how to go about it and I was so bloody arrogant that I had no interest in going to drama school." Other jobs jobs included washing cars at a service station, pushing trolleys at Coles New World, and picking up glasses at a Melbourne pub.
